Shipping

We ship by United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground, Express or Priority Mail. For international shipment to a non-US address, please contact us at sales@aurorapalesca.com .

We make every effort to ship orders within 2 business days of receipt. In the event it will take longer, we will notify you by email.

Payment

Payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, E-Checks, and PayPal are accepted online. Secure processing is initiated through the PayPal website. However, you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account in order to make a purchase.

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 6.25% on products and shipping & handling will be added to orders shipped to Massachusetts.

 

Return Policy

You can return any item from our store within 30 days after receipt, provided that the item is in its original condition with original packaging intact, and in case of earrings, that they have not been worn. We do not accept returns on custom items. If an item is found to be defective within one year of purchase, we will gladly repair it at no charge to you.

Please contact us at sales@aurorapalesca.com before returning your item. When doing so, please include your name, invoice number, item description, and reason for returning. We will send you a return authorization number with instructions. We regret that we cannot refund you the shipping & handling (plus sales tax on S&H where applicable) unless the item is found to be defective. The customer will be responsible for the cost of mailing returned products.

 

Custom Designs

Custom jewelry, gifts, and event items are created per order. If you are interested in having something custom made, please fill out the form on our contact page. We will respond with a price quote and some options within 48 hours.

After an initial consultation, we will create samples and/or drawings of possible designs, and will email you pictures of them. We will continue to alter the design until you are completely satisfied. Once you have confirmed your approval of a specific item in writing (by email), the design is considered final. After this point, further alterations may incur additional costs.

A 50% deposit is required at the beginning of the project. The balance is due upon completion, before the product is shipped.

 

Jewelry Care

Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place to keep it clean. Silver items should be kept in a case or a pouch to avoid tarnishing. If necessary, gently wipe stones and beads with a moistened cloth to remove dirt. To clean silver, make a paste of baking soda and water, and wipe over the silver parts with a soft cloth. Let dry and then rinse. Finish the polish with a soft cloth.
